Brenda and Paul opened Maine Street Marketing in 2015. The company was formed for the sole purpose of helping small to medium size businesses get a return on investment with their advertising and marketing dollars. After working for a national company for several years, Brenda and Paul realized business owners want to be heard, get results, and receive outstanding customer service. The Team at Maine Street Marketing

Brenda Lawler

Brenda was born and raised in the small community of Newport, Maine. A short time after her college education in Graphic Arts, she became a management team member at Maine Printing Company. After MPC, Brenda spent 20 years as the Marketing Director of Funtown/Splashtown USA. During her tenure at the park, she received the State of Maine Governor’s award for excellence in tourism. She also served eight years on the Biddeford Saco Chamber of Commerce, receiving multiple recognition awards. Before co-founding Maine Street Marketing, her last stop was DexMedia (publisher of Verizon/Fairpoint directories). She was a media consultant for eight years and received multiple awards for digital sales recognition. She then served as the District Sales Manager for four years. Leaving the national chain company DexMedia, formerly Verizon, Brenda, and Paul, formed Maine Street Marketing in 2015.


Brenda lives in Windham, Maine. She is the proud mother of Chaz and Vanessa Cormier. She enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, Carter, Caleb, Chase, and Cecelia. She is passionate about her Isotonix - Nutrametrix supplements, staying healthy and working out, skiing, traveling, and being in the sunshine.

Paul Landry

Paul was born in Boston and was raised in Beverly, Massachusetts. He attended Salem State College, majoring in business.


He came to Maine in 1995 and saw that sign down in Kittery that said: “Welcome to Maine… The Way Life Should Be”. "Well, heck, sign me up." He moved to Maine to pursue a career in insurance. He earned Agent of the Year for the State of Maine in his second year. He qualified for the Presidents Honor Circle 3 times. He has held many sales records in the office that are still unbroken. After nine years, he left the insurance business to work in television, selling both: 30-second commercials and long-format ads. He produced the “Our Maine Money” show, bringing to viewers all things financial. Before co-founding Maine Street Marketing, his last stop was DexMedia, the publisher of the Fairpoint yellow pages and superpages.com. Here he was one of the leading sellers of online digital banner ads. Marketing is his passion. Leaving the national chain company Verizon formerly DexMedia, Paul and Brenda formed Maine Street Marketing in 2015.


He relocated to Holiday, Florida, to expand Maine Street Marketing's customer base down there and to be closer to his father. He is the former President of the Yarmouth Football Association. He, along with his friends, formed the Yarmouth GrillMasters. This group of people cooks at the local sporting events. The GrillMasters also love using their 275-gallon Smoker for BBQing. He enjoys traveling to warm climates. Paul is an avid sports fan and was born 300 yards from Fenway Park, so it’s in his blood. Each year he takes his son to a College Bowl game to go to everyone! Most recently, they went to Nashville to see the Music City bowl. He has a newfound appreciation for country music. 


Tabatha Erickson

Tabatha grew up in the small town of Lyman, Maine. She graduated on the honor roll from Massabesic High School and Kaplan University with a degree in Information Technology. She received several awards at Kaplan University for making the Dean’s List. Tabatha has worked as a Sales and Customer Support Specialist for over five years, during which she received recognition for meeting a high sales quota. Through Kaplan University, she took on a leadership role with GITA. Tabatha also completed an internship with KapConsulting. While working with KapConsulting, she was promoted from System Analyst to the Web Department and then promoted to Web Administrator, where she managed a team of roughly 6. As Web Administrator, she hosted weekly meetings, assigned tasks to the team, and met with clients to discuss their website and advertising needs. Since completing her internship, Tabatha has worked with small local businesses on various forms of their advertising. Tabatha received a Social Marketing Certification and has worked as a Social Media Evaluator, where she worked to improve the relevance of social media newsfeeds. Tabatha started working as a social media manager at Maine Street Marketing, Inc. in 2016. She also enjoys being a landlord and managing property.


Tabatha’s hobbies include spending time outdoors, taking her canoe out on the river, dancing, hula hooping, practicing yoga, interior design, attending comedy shows, traveling to new places, and trying new things. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremiah, and three adopted cats, Loki, Lexi, & Remi. Tabatha is an optimistic go-getter who wants to work with Brenda and Paul at Maine Street Marketing. She is passionate about helping small local businesses succeed!


Tricia Phelps

Patricia (Tricia) Phelps was born in North Hollywood, California. She attended CSUN Cal State University of Northridge. She obtained a BA degree in Business/Marketing. Specializing in Advertising. She worked for the yellow pages at the GTE directory company in Los Alamitos, CA.


Tricia came to Maine in 1985 after spending five years overseas in Australia. She worked as a business broker in Portland for VR business brokers and Colby Nelson. Eventually, she purchased a business, Samuel Tavern in Arundel, where she operated an antique shop and a fully serviced restaurant. After selling the company, she bought Bachelder Tavern in Litchfield, Maine, and the Ledges Tavern in Wiscasset. Down the road, she moved to Saco and became a realtor with Prime Properties. Throughout the years, she has bought and sold various properties. While taking advantage of buying and selling properties, Tricia became employed by Local Edge. During her tenure at Local Edge, she received training in managing and selling digital advertising.


Tricia's hobbies are painting both oil and acrylics. She loves animals and children. She is the proud mom to her daughter Cherissa and son-in-law Naveed Admady and the beaming meme to her 3-month-old grandson, Callan.



Mary Couturier

Mary was born in Manchester, New Hampshire, and raised in Kennebunkport, Maine. She attended Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts as a first-generation college student. Mary graduated cum laude in the honors program of the Sawyer Business School where she obtained a business marketing degree. She received scholarships from Coca-Cola, People’s United Bank, and Suffolk University to attend school. Her most notable achievement at Suffolk was creating a career closet that offers a free and sustainable option for all Suffolk students to obtain professional attire. Although she received many awards for her academia and service, Mary believes that the best awards she received were the relationships, opportunities, and successes she made.

Mary has been working in the marketing field since her first year of college. She started out working as an executive assistant for numerous professionals in the finance and marketing industries where she was able to expand her network and learn business operations from the ground up. From there, she started working in the entertainment industry as a marketing director and operational leader for Dope Entertainment. Some brands Mary has worked with are Massachusetts General Hospital, Portland Thorns FC, Dope Entertainment, Suffolk University, and many small businesses.

While Mary can apply logic and reasoning to solve complex problems, her ambitious creativity is what differentiates her work from others. She is passionate about brainstorming ways to challenge the norm for the better by using her creativity in conventional and non-conventional ways.

Since graduating, Mary has moved back home to Kennebunkport, where she lives with her miniature dachshund, Mabel. She loves to spend time with her family and friends by golfing, fishing with her brother, Britt, and traveling. Her family, friends, and passion for helping others mean everything to her.
